Bought something and were disappointed or changed your mind? We’re sorry, but of course we’ll be happy to help!
If 30 days have not passed since the purchase, you can return the products to us and receive a refund (excluding shipping fees, if any). To do so, please email us at hi@mikimottes.com and include your order number (you received it by email immediately after placing the order). We’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible and will send you all the details and the address to which you can send the products you purchased. It’s important to return them in the same condition in which they arrived, well packaged so they won’t be damaged on the way. Once we receive your shipment, we’ll inspect the products, and if everything is in order, we’ll issue your refund within a few days and send you an email confirming the refund. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be immediate; if you paid by credit card, you’ll see the refund line on your next credit card statement.
Refunds are not available for digital items.
