Supply and Delivery of Products
The delivery times of the products and/or services as specified herein and/or on the website include business days only, i.e., weekdays from Sunday to Thursday, and do not include Fridays and Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays (including intermediate days of festivals). The business day ends at 18:00.
The company will ensure delivery of the product purchased on the website to the address as entered by the customer, and in accordance with the stated delivery date, unless expressly stated otherwise and/or except for delays as detailed below.
Delivery of the products will be carried out via self-pickup or “to-the-door” courier delivery (by an external shipping company), or to collection points chosen by the customer.
If the delivery is carried out via a “to-the-door” courier, the courier will arrive at the address as entered by the customer within several days.
The company is not responsible for delays by the shipping company, as applicable, and in any case shall not be responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances amounting to force majeure and/or other circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes and/or malfunctions, including but not limited to malfunctions in the computer system and/or telephone and/or email service. Delays of up to three business days in delivery times may also occur due to a high volume of orders and shipments during special sales days on the website. Such delays are not the responsibility of the company, and the customer shall have no claim against the company in this regard. However, the company will do everything within its power on its part to ensure that the delivery arrives within the defined time. The shipment will be provided only after completion of the purchase process, i.e., after the order has been recorded in the website system according to the defined schedules, and provided that the credit card company has approved the transaction, and accordingly a confirmation message has been sent to the customer.
In the event that approval is received from the customer to leave the shipment by the door or in the electrical cabinet, the company shall not be responsible for any damage and/or loss or any other indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused to the shipment as a result.
The delivery times detailed above do not apply to items that are out of stock. In cases where a product displayed on the website is out of stock and this is discovered only after the purchase has been completed, the company will contact the customer, she will not be charged for the transaction, and the order will be canceled. For the avoidance of doubt, the company shall not be obligated to sell the product, and the customer shall have no claim and/or demand in this regard for any type of direct and/or indirect damage caused to her and/or to a third party, subject to the website management refunding the customer any amount she paid, if she indeed paid the company, and/or canceling the charge if it was made.
